Hi, have a free car park available
No we do not have free car park. There are two car parks in the area Baynard House located in Queen Victoria Street and NCP Vintry Thames Exchange located in Bell Wharf Lane.
Does the studio suite come with a balcony, looking for 2 rooms TIA
Some of our Suites do have Balconies but kindly note we cannot guarentee these - it would be subject to availibility however we are always happy to note down any requests!

Hello - we have a tall 10 year old daughter. Most cot beds are not sufficient for this age anymore, both in length and width. Is your cot bed the typical type or do you have one of those foam fold out mattresses for the floor that have more substance?
Extra bed for children are available upon request in advance, they would include mattress along with duvet and pillows

Hi, I was looking to book a standard double room and noticed there was one listed for £211 and one for £190. Is there any difference in the rooms?

Hi there can dogs stay in any room is there extra charge and can they come to the restaurant
You can bring your dog with you but will need to book at least deluxe room or above to do so, unfortunately we cannot accommodate for them to be at either our restaurant or bar areas.

Some of our rooms are suitable to provide an extra bed, however the maximum number of guest would be 3.
Suite has a balcony, can we smoke on the balcony? Also, can I pay extra for flowers/champagne to be in the room waiting? X
If you have booked a suite with a balcony, then you can use this to smoke as it is outside the room. We can arrange for items to be ordered prior to your arrival, just inform us in advance and arrangements can be made.
Could we have rooms interconnected, or at least next door? We're planning to stay with our 3 children, 7, 9, and 14. Our 9 year old turns 10 the 22nd!
